Terms of Use
Effective from 29 October 2026.
These Terms govern the use of the La2world.pw website and game server (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Server Rules.
1. General
The Service is provided “as is” by the project administration. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service and amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
2. What the Service is
La2world.pw is an unofficial Lineage II themed game server: game world, user account area, shop, donations, forum and related features. The Service is not affiliated with NCSoft and is not an official Lineage II product.
3. Account
- An account is required. Provide a valid email address - it is used for recovery and notifications.
- One person may have one main account. Multiple accounts used to evade bans, inflate votes or farm bonuses are prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
- Transferring, selling or exchanging accounts is prohibited.
- The Service is not intended for anyone under 16.
4. Conduct
Full rules are in the Server Rules section. In particular, you must not:
- use cheats, bots, macros, or third-party software that modifies the client or grants an advantage;
- exploit bugs in the game or the Service, or hide them from the administration;
- insult others, incite hatred, threaten, or publish illegal content;
- impersonate the administration, commit fraud, or attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
- spam or advertise without permission;
- bypass technical restrictions, bans or protection systems.
5. Donations, payments and virtual items
- Payments are voluntary support for the project. In return you receive virtual items inside the Service (game currency, items, services, statuses).
- Virtual items are not property, have no monetary value outside the Service, and cannot be exchanged for real money.
- All purchases are final. Refunds are possible where required by law or at the administration’s discretion - for example, on a duplicate charge or technical error. Requests must be sent to support within 14 days.
- An unjustified chargeback leads to account suspension until the matter is resolved.
- If an account is banned for breaking the rules, paid virtual items are not refunded.
6. Intellectual property
Rights to Lineage II and its components belong to NCSoft Corporation and other rights holders. The Service uses them for non-commercial fan purposes and claims no rights to them. Site content, design and texts belong to the project administration and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
7. Suspension and deletion
We may restrict access, ban or delete an account for violating these Terms or the Rules, for fraud, or for technical reasons. We will explain the reason within a reasonable time, except where disclosure would help bypass protection.
You may request account deletion via support. Deletion is irreversible: characters, progress and virtual items are lost.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. Restarts, updates, rollbacks and loss of game data are possible, including due to hardware failures or attacks.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the administration is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of game data or virtual items, or acts of third parties. Total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid during the last 6 months.
10. Termination of the Service
We may close the Service or parts of it. We will try to give advance notice on the site. No compensation for virtual items is provided in that case.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version takes effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new version.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation via support; failing that, in the competent court at the administration’s location, unless a mandatory rule of law provides otherwise.
